Description of the WCF relay resource.

Uses Azure REST API version 2024-01-01. In version 2.x of the Azure Native provider, it used API version 2021-11-01.

Other available API versions: 2021-11-01. These can be accessed by generating a local SDK package using the CLI command pulumi package add azure-native relay [ApiVersion]. See the version guide for details.
